We aim to respond to all emails within one working day. For quote requests, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time for a site visit.
Consultations are typically available within 3-5 working days. We'll confirm your appointment by email with the name of the team member visiting.
If you're already on our books and need to adjust scheduling or discuss your service, we prioritise your communications.
Not at all. Most of our regular clients provide access arrangements. We bring all equipment and leave everything tidy when we finish.
Light rain doesn't stop us. Heavy rain or dangerous conditions may require rescheduling, which we'll communicate proactively.
New maintenance clients typically begin within 2-3 weeks. Urgent clearance work or one-off projects can often be accommodated sooner.
